What signing in stores, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.

The short version
Signing in with Discord stores your Discord account details and your replies to meetings. Nothing is shared with anyone, nothing is sold, and there is no analytics or tracking of any kind.
What is stored when you sign in
Your Discord user ID, username, email address, and avatar image URL, as supplied by Discord.
A role — admin, member, or guest — decided by whether you are in the group’s Discord server.
The OAuth tokens Discord issues so the session works, and a session record so you stay signed in.
A private token used to build your personal calendar feed.
Your replies to meetings: whether you are in, out, or maybe, any note you add, and when you last changed it. Votes in any scheduling poll.
That is the complete list. It is the whole of the database schema, not a summary of it.
What Discord is asked for
The sign-in requests three things: your basic profile, your email address, and the list of servers you are in.
The server list is read once at sign-in to check whether you are in the group’s server, and the answer is kept only as your role. The list itself is never stored.
What is not collected
No analytics, no cookies for advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, and no third-party scripts. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
No IP address logging beyond whatever the host keeps by default.
Nothing about people who are not signed in.
Who can see it
Other members can see your display name against a meeting you have replied to, and the count of who is coming. That is the point of the feature.
Nobody outside the group sees any of it. It is not shared, sold, or given to advertisers, and there are none.
Where it lives
The database is hosted by Neon in the United States. The site itself may be hosted by Vercel.
Keeping and deleting it
Data is kept while you are a member. Ask the operator and your account and every reply attached to it will be deleted; leaving the group’s Discord server is a good moment to ask.
There is no automated deletion, because there are a dozen or so people and asking works.

Ask in the group’s Discord, or contact the operator directly. Requests to see, correct, or delete your data are handled by hand and quickly.
